Our Story
Lumarc Apartments is a reimagined apartment building in Columbus, Ohio, offering 182 high-quality studio apartments at a great value. Originally a motel, the building has been thoughtfully renovated to create modern living spaces designed for residents to build community and make connections.
Our shared leisure and coworking spaces provide opportunities for residents to come together, collaborate, and create lasting relationships within the Lumarc community.
The Name “Lumarc”
The name “Lumarc” pays homage to the historic Columbus illuminated arches that were used for streetcars in the early 20th century. These arches provided both lighting and connection throughout the city, serving as beacons that guided and connected communities.
Just as those historic arches illuminated pathways and connected neighborhoods, Lumarc Apartments aims to be a beacon of modern living, connecting residents to each other and to the vibrant city of Columbus.
