Lumarc Apartments is a pet-friendly community. We understand that pets are family, and we welcome them to make Lumarc their home too.
Pet Fees & Deposits
Pet Deposit (Refundable)$300
Pet Fee (Non-Refundable)$250
Monthly Pet Rent$25/month
Pet Restrictions
Allowed Pets
- Dogs (up to 2 per apartment)
- Cats (up to 2 per apartment)
- Small caged animals (hamsters, guinea pigs, etc.)
- Fish in aquariums (up to 20 gallons)
Breed Restrictions
For the safety and comfort of all residents, we maintain breed restrictions. Please contact us to discuss your specific pet.
Restricted breeds typically include: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, and other breeds deemed aggressive. This list may be updated based on insurance requirements.
Weight Limits
Maximum weight per pet: 80 pounds. Total combined weight of all pets: 100 pounds.
Pet Requirements
- All pets must be spayed or neutered
- Current vaccination records required
- Proof of renter's insurance with pet liability coverage
- Pet registration form must be completed
Pet Owner Responsibilities
- • Keep pets on a leash when outside the apartment
- • Clean up after pets immediately
- • Ensure pets do not disturb other residents
- • Keep pets from common areas unless designated as pet-friendly
- • Report any pet-related incidents to management
